A practical design studio that builds visual communication, success criteria, material/joining skills, planning, and physical creation through the Protect the Payload challenge.
Students design lightweight protective packaging for one teacher-selected safe, fragile classroom payload using a limited paper/card/tape material kit. The package must fit within a 15 × 15 × 15 cm space, allow safe insertion/removal of the payload, and undergo the same teacher-standardized controlled drop test.
