Can the user complete the intended task naturally?
Complete functional features and correct one evidence-based weakness.

Build remaining functional parts.
Check
Use real materials/user action where possible.
Refine
Strengthen, realign, resize, or simplify as evidence requires.
If the plan changed, record it now.
A change can be useful evidence of adapting during creation. It does not automatically mean the original plan was poor.
